Responsibilities

If you are currently a Senior Project Professional with at least 10 years of experience in high-rise projects and have experience building and leading a construction team. If you would like to work for a stable company in a position that will provide you with autonomy and career advancement, then this is the job for you. As you would be working side by side with the President.

If you are a confident and knowledgeable leader well versed in High-rise condominium construction in the GTA and know you are capable of managing the construction division in its entirety. Have exceptional business acumen and deliver meetings to multiple stakeholders, then you will be very successful in this job.

They are looking to hire an experienced Director of Construction to be their VP, representing the owner from design stages through to finish and close out.
