Profile: Our client sells relationship marketing services to large multinationals. They are experts in business communications and provide their clients with solutions to communicate with their own clients. We are looking for a Business development Rep who can take care of some of their major clients and hunt for new clients who fit. The ideal person has sold marketing services or direct response marketing, sold into the financial industry and is comfortable selling long sales cycles. They sell across several channels to reach prospects and clients and are personalized in nature. If you can sell, customer loyalty, customer retention and customer acquisition services, this may be the position for you.

Territory: Province of Quebec and some Ontario clients

Workplace: Hybrid-work from home and office presence

Products/Services: Relationship marketing services

Salary: Base $75,000-$100,000

Commissions/Bonus: Profit sharing bonus

Car allowance: $ /km

Expense’s reimbursement: All reasonable expenses reimbursed

• Get familiar with clients assigned to you
• Cross-sell other company services
• Develop service offering within existing base
• Outreach to prospects via social selling, networking and cold calling
• Develop customized proposals based on client needs
• Work, in collaboration, with internal resources, to produce solutions
• Represent the company at industry events

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience needed
