Job description: Ace Trades and Technical Institute is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager for its Surrey Location.

Job Duties:

a) Researching and analyzing the market trends and competitions

b) Establishing the best practices & creating the marketing strategies for the organization.

c) Managing the marketing team and evaluating the marketing strategies.

d) Plan and organize organizations social media presence.

e) Communicating and setting business meetings with the potential customers

f) Initiating market research studies to develop a better product.

g) Initiating and creating various distribution channel for the products and services of the organization.

h) Assisting in product development

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (A bachelor’s degree is mandatory and college diploma in business administration will be an asset.)

Work Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Specific Skills Required:

Market business services; Manage contracts; Hire, train, direct and motivate staff; Develop promotional materials.

Additional Skills Required:

Attention to detail, Accurate, Supervisory abilities, multitasking, working in a team.
