What You’ll Do
As Industrial Air Filtration Sales Executive, you will be responsible for increasing and maximizing Freudenberg Filtration Technologies’ Viledon® air filtration product sales and profitability in Eastern Canada; Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes for industries such as Surface Treatment, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Hospitals & Healthcare, Precision Manufacturing, General Industrial, General HVAC and Emission Control. Your creative and strategic mindset will enable you to find ways to strengthen customer relationships – new and existing accounts – by actively educating them product characteristics, advantages, cost, energy consumption, etc.
In support of the company’s strategic goals and plan, you will be diligent in using market research, networking, business associations, and other means to deliver year over year organic growth, while developing sales projections and maintaining appropriate data on customers, distributors, and competitors. Additionally, you will represent Freudenberg Filtration Technologies at trade shows and conferences to expand your network and identify new business opportunities. In coordination with Engineering, Production, and Finance departments, you will initiate and support new product development and product improvement projects and will also define performance specifications and certification requirements of new products.
What You’ll Bring
You have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field of study, complemented by years of demonstrated experience in the Air Filtration industry encompassing HVAC fundamentals. You also have proven commercial experience working with a variety of industries including hospitals, general industrial, and automotive. Your value-added sales experience includes successfully identifying and qualifying prospects; negotiating contracts and agreements; financial analysis to aid in decision making; and conducting summary review and presentations with software tools. Additionally, you have strong project management skills to effectively collaborate internally and externally to ensure an unparalleled customer experience. Your experience using MS Office including Excel will aid in your ability to track, measure, prepare, and present information including sales trajectories and ROIs. As travel is frequent in this role, you have the ability to travel 30%+ of the time – overnight, domestic, and international trips. If you are bilingual in English and French, it will be a definite asset.

Salary: $80,000 + Commission
