Are you an experienced IT recruiter with a special ability to source that hard to find candidate?

We are looking for a Recruitment Professional to join our team with a primary focus on IT Recruitment .

You will be responsible for recruitment for our various clients working alongside our Account Management team.

• Sourcing candidates and building relationships with active and passive jobseekers.

• Screen candidates as a fit for current and potential opportunities as it relates to their experience and career objectives

• Prepare candidates to present and interview with clients

• Negotiate and present candidate job offers and provide ongoing support and service to candidates placed

• Build relationships and collaborate with the Talencity team and our clients.

Your experience you bring to the team will include:

• Proven experience as a recruitment professional or relevant role.

• Excellent communication skills and strong proficiency in English.

• Thorough understanding of candidate sourcing and screening techniques.

• Strong technical aptitude, experience with various ATS and sourcing tools

• Fast learning speed and a passion for recruitment

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
