Statement of Work
Title
Stream 2- Project Manager Level 3 (PM3)
Tasks
Tasks include but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for the lifecycle of the project following industry standard project management methodologies such as PMI and Agile. The PM3 must have responsible for project planning, execution to ensure the project is on budget, on time, and within scope on previous engagements.
- Identify, track, mitigate, and manage any risks or issues associated with the assigned project pieces in the context of the overall project/program.
- Track and report on the status/progress of the project on an ongoing basis, and at scheduled points in the life cycle.
- Develop and/or maintain project artifacts.
- Work in a matrixed environment across multiple organizations.
Deliverables
The PM3 will provide consulting services as per the tasks outlined in the Tasks section and produce the following artefacts:
- All documents required by Shared Services Canada (SSC) i.e. Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
- Work breakdown structures,
- Resource plans, training plans, and other project related plans.
- Project Charter, Scope Statement, Gantt chart, etc.
- Progress reports, financial reports, budgets, estimates, etc.
- Plans for implementation of security solution recommendations to evolve the enterprise security systems.
- Change requests and incident management tracking.
