The Role:
The Senior Information Security Specialist Cyber Risk will be part of Enterprise Security Team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Information Security/Cyber Security, threat analysis/threat modelling, and 5-6 years of risk assessment experience. This role should be able to complete threat analysis, threat models and risk assessments for various on premise hosted solution, cloud-based applications and 3rd party vendors. They should have investigative personality for threat analysis as well as hit the ground running.
Primary Responsibilities:
Performs focused risks assessments of existing or new services and technologies
Communicates risk assessment findings to information security customers, or business partners
Provides consultative advice to information security customers that enables them to make informed risk management decisions
Identifies and implements appropriate controls to effectively manage information risks as needed
Identifies opportunities to improve risk posture, developing solutions for remediating or mitigating risks and assessing the residual risk
