Job title: Sales and Marketing Manager – Industrial Automation
Job description: Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 per annum + Bonus ($5,000+). Full Benefits. RRSP Matching (3%). Negotiable (Company Leased Vehicle)
The Sales and Marketing Manager will oversee the Sales and Applications Department. They will have 4 direct Applications Engineering reports and have final review of all proposals for clients. Supervising estimating and costing of multi-million dollar roll forming machines (used within the automotive industry) and account management of various tooling used within
the machines for clients. There is also 1 Outside Sales person living in Michigan who is visiting and forming relationship with clients.
You will also be responsible for qualification of existing and new customers and following our client qualification process. 90% of work is towards Automotive industry as our client sells directly to NA, Mexico and Europe.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an OEM/System Integration company in a Sales or Sales Management capacity.
- Bachelor of Engineering or Equivalent Sales Experience selling directly into Tier 1 Automotive companies
- Ideal candidate will have a Sales Background supervising inside sales/applications Engineers
- Currently working in the Industrial Automation and/or Automotive industry.

This is a small $25M company. The shop is tidy, well-organized and our client is well respected in their current industry. This role is due to an upcoming retirement.
