Job description: One of our major banking clients is looking for a Communications Project Coordinator (Business or Marketing Degree, Wealth or Finance)
Length: 1 year contract with a possibility of extension or permanent
Location: Toronto, ON – REMOTE
Hours: Monday-Friday

Requirements:
Role Mandate: This role is within the Private Wealth team that manages branch procedure changes form a corporate real estate initiative (such as regulatory, AML and COVID-19 safety protocol changes). The selected resource will be working directly with branches to discuss and understand requirements for changes and the impact they have. Once requirements are collected, they are shared with the corporate real estate team to collect quotes and budgets which then comes back to the Private Wealth team for final approval. The team manages multiple new and inflight branch changes. In addition to requirements gathering, the selected resource will be responsible for tracking these projects in an organized manner to provide status updates.

Team Structure: The selected candidate will be joining a team of 3 which will be growing to 5 (this role included). The team keeps all projects in their own silos but works cross functionally with other teams where needed.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
Assigned to multiple corporate real estate projects (project activity varies from day to day)
Booking meetings
Requirements gathering
Conducting proactive and thoughtful conversations with branches (able to understand reasoning behind requirements)
Drafting, reviewing, vetting communications with different lines of business
Providing feedback on communications and ensuring they make sense
Tracking corporate real estate projects in Excel to provide updates (no formulas or pivot tables needed)
Qualifications:
MUST-HAVE SKILLS:
Completed undergrad degree (ideally in Business, Marketing)
Communications experience (policy and procedure writing)
MS Office
Time management, multitasking
Organized

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:
Project experience (understanding project activity and being part of narrative)
Financial industry experience
Wealth experience
Corporate real estate experience
Sales experience
