Job duties:
Establish and manage company’s promotions
Assist with marketing budget development and projections
Maintain, establish and develop strong connections with construction developers and those in related industries such as architect etc.
Source new opportunities and stay up to date with market trends
Production, editing and management of all company marketing collateral
Develop and execute a multi-disciplined marketing plan
Production and management of external communications
Website management such as content, photos, promotional news
Social media management for company
Manage company’s promotion plans and strategize and execute strong marketing campaigns
Collaborate with other members of sales, construction and administrative teams
Assist in hiring additional staff for sales and marketing division
Work with creative team in producing, editing and proofreading marketing materials
Establish and update networks for company products and services
Do market research and analyze the results to build marketing plan for the company
