In this role, you have the opportunity to

to contribute to multi- discipline activities or sub-activities of an integral project, in accordance with agreed conditions on specification, time, cost and staffing. MLD ( Modify Launched Design) change lead plays key role in driving engineering changes.

You are responsible for

  • Lead changes (CR -Change requests, CN – Change notice) of released products under MLD (Modify Launched Design) scope.
  • Execute engineering changes according PDLM (Product Development, Launch and Maintenance method) procedures using cPLM – Windchill.
  • Facilitating all stages of design change process from impact assessment until release of the design change.
  • Maintain product data including DHF (Design History File) and DMR (Device Master Record) of medical products. Part BOM lists, drawings, master list, changes, test results.
  • Regular status updates of design changes to core team and management.
  • Working according applicable QMS
  • Own activities which might be out of direct scope of work – like CAPAs, investigations and training

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s in engineering or equivalent experience
  • 5-10 years’ experience in medical device within roles related to R&D, Service engineering or supply chain
  • Experienced user of cPLM (common Product Lifecycle Management)
  • Quality mindset
  • Good communicator and capable to get things done from multiple stakeholders from different professions within Philips or suppliers : Norm compliance, RA, QA, engineering leads, procurement, supplier quality, service and operations
  • Likes to work in an operational intensive atmosphere according to defined processes
  • Experienced user in Microsoft office
  • Excellent time and tasks management
  • Team Player
  • English Fluency
