POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Manager, Logistics, the incumbent will perform a variety of warehouse duties, including but not limited to: goods receiving, sorting, transfer, packing, lading/unloading, package cleaning, garbagy removing.
This is a 6-month contract with a possibility of extension.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow SOPs and other procedures for logistics and warehouse activities and ensure all work performed is in compliance with GMP guidelines and company policy
- Receive goods from driver and place it in the designated area
- Clean newly received goods with wipes and 70% IPA
- Collect and transfer used garments
- Sort garments and prepare the tally sheet
- Clean pallets in warehouse
- Transfer goods as per instruction across buildings
- Comply with company safety requirements and perform all tasks in a safe way
- Attend department and inter-company trainings and meetings as required
- Perform other tasks as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Relevant warehouse experience is an asset
- Able to life 50+ pounds
- Ability to follow work instruction from manager and other team members
- Attention to detail and focus on quality is paramount
- Ability to work independently, while maintaining good teamwork attitude
