WHAT’S THE JOB?

Your job is to tell business leaders from across Canada about a better way to provide employee benefits, and then set up appointmentsforthem with our licensed advisorswhoget them on our plan. Technically we’re known as “prospectors”: we find high-potentialcontacts, andprepare them for a sales conversation.It’sall done over the telephone, from comfortable offices (or from home in the Lower Mainland, in some cases), during business hours (plus ending early every Friday).

Professionalism:you’retalking to business leaders about a major part of their budget, sometimes in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. Showing up well matters.

Persistence:our specialists are the toughest people in the company,and maybe the entire sector. They know that a challenge is about getting stronger, not weaker.

Coachability:on many daysyou’lltalk to dozens of people, and each one can teach you something. If you believe you can always get better,we’llhelp you.

A comfortable base salary, plus uncapped performance bonuses:earn upwards of $60,000+ annually, while still knowing you can pay the bills.
