Job description: Project Manager – Construction Projects

As Project Manager, you will manage $30Million+ projects from an administrative/business perspective. You will work closely with the Construction Superintendent throughout the construction process to deliver the best building and service possible for our client. The Project Manager is responsible for the on-time completion of a quality project, maximizing efficiency, controlling costs, and building relationships with every person involved in the project.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Review documents, project drawings, contracts, and specifications in detail and inform the appropriate team about potential issues or conflicts
• Plan and manage daily operations and construction schedules while monitoring progress
• Prepare contracts and confidently negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
• Liaise with the project team, clients, consultants and sub-contractors
• Train and mentor project coordinators

Project Manager Qualifications:

• Experience managing projects of $30M+
• Experience with commercial, multi-family residential, and industrial construction
• Post-secondary education in Construction/Project Management
