As a member of Platform Services Department, you will be part of the team responsible for architecting, designing, implementing, and continuously improving our technology foundation. As the Sr. Engineer, Network, you will lead the development and modernization of our growing network landscape. THE ROLE

As the Sr. Engineer, Network, you will:

• Design and lead the implementation of cloud and on-premise networking technologies that provide best in class solutions for the business
• Work closely with members of the platform services team to plan, improve, and support our network infrastructure
• Provide exceptional tier 3 knowledge and support to resolve incident escalations
• Proactively research and evaluate new networking technologies and trends
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Identify and analyze monitoring trends in order to proactively correct problems and improve performance

• Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in:

• Cisco (minimum CCNP)

• Routing and switching
• Wireless
• Datacentre
• Palo Alto Firewalls
• F5 Load Balancers
• SD-WAN/SDN Technologies
• Network Automation
• Cloud Based Networking (Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure)
• The appetite to continuously learn and develop oneself
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
• A sense of urgency and ability to prioritize important work
