Job description: Key Job Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Ensure security and governance on Azure and M365 in keeping with the client’s policies and business requirements
• Support assessment, planning, design and implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions
• Analyze on premise solutions for potential cloud migration
• Translate business and technical requirements into solution designs
• Understand and assess existing identity and collaboration toolsets

Deliverables:

• Document existing and future state architecture with functional requirements and specifications
• Document security recommendations as part of solution design as well as security configurations required for implementation
• Provide architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps
• Provide recommendations on best practices related to security configurations in M365

Position Specific Skills or Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or in a related field or equivalent work experience and practical knowledge
• Demonstrated experience with migrating legacy platforms to M365
• Understanding of M365 security and identity management
• Experience with M365 products and solutions, including Azure AD, Exchange hybrid with EOP, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, Defender ATP, MCAS, Security & Compliance Center
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud solutions architecture
• Experience with SSO, MFA, PIM in an enterprise context
• Ability to elicit requirements and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical project members
• Certifications in one or more of the following preferred: Microsoft Azure
• Security, Microsoft 365 Security, Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Logical and methodical troubleshooting and problem-solving both technically and interpersonally
• Clear and concise communication (verbal and written) skills
• Understands industrial best practices
