Job description: We are looking for a Skilled Labourer to join our growing team, who will be responsible for hands-on work on a large scale interior construction project in Vancouver. It is a complex high end Tenant Improvement project, and will be a great site for learning and growth in Construction.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Construction Industry
• Construction knowledge – overall understanding of construction process, hands on skills, carpentry assistance. Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and machinery used.
• Must be able to perform heavy manual labour
• Ability to work independently without close supervision
• Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve with site supervisors, team members, and subcontractors.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with construction personnel, equipment operators, supervisors, crew and sub- contractors.
• Must have independent transportation and ability to travel to different sites

Responsibilities:

• Work on various sites under the Site Superintendent to complete cleaning, carpentry assistance and various tasks
• to keep the site running smoothly
• Expedite the project schedule through efficient and quality work
