The Senior Manager, Finance – Consolidation and Special Projects is responsible for leading The Source finance team in leading consolidation function at The Source. The Senior Manager will be engaged in various recurring and ahoc reporting, analysis and special projects.

This role also has primary responsibility for partnering with the Finance team and business partners across the organization.

We’re looking for a customer focused individual, with an innovative mindset and the drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

Liaison with Bell Mobility Finance team
Lead monthly / quarterly management reporting for performance management, including KPI reporting.
Lead consolidated forecasting process against various portfolios, annual budget and 3 year strategic plan
Lead a team of 2 Finance professionals and develop team talent
Develop and maintain competitive benchmarking data against other CE retailers
Prepare special analysis as needed included Corporate Development opportunities, financial modelling, and various adhoc analysis

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 year previous experience in a related job; preferably within a retail or inventory environment
Must be a strong people leader, with ability to develop, mentor and motivate direct reports
Strong problem solving and analytical skills are required
Must be detail oriented and possess strong time management and organizational skills
Effective written and oral communication skills are essential
Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate or senior level
Proficiency or desire learn and develop robotic process automation, machine learning, artificial intelligence
Experience with ERP system is considered an asset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment
