Our team goal is to make sure people use the best tools to work efficiently. You will contribute to this goal by providing support for our sales and marketing tools/platforms and assisting in the configuration and implementation of business processes. Succeeding in this role involves striving for continuous improvement and delivering first class support for our business tools. To do this, you will collaborate with Sales and Marketing Operations analysts and different company stakeholders.

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like in this role:

  • Responsible for the ‘Run the Business’ tasks related to our CRM & Marketing Automation Platforms
  • Provide tier one support by identifying, logging, tracking, resolving and/or escalation of all incoming user issues and enhancement requests via our Ticketing System for CRM & Marketing Automation Platforms
  • Assist in the configuration and implementation of business processes, workflows and applications in CRM & Marketing Automation while adhering to best practice
  • Assist in maintaining an error free operating environment CRM & Marketing Automation
  • Monitor data quality to ensure data remains accurate, research CRM & Marketo data issues and assist with data cleanup
  • Assist Global Sales and Marketing teams with administrative requests
  • Assist with the addition of new data elements; and create documentation of all systems that use each of the data elements.
  • Support the productivity of CRM & Marketo by troubleshooting, identifying root cause, and implementing process or system improvements or user-training in response to issues from support tickets and escalate issues to Analysts
  • Monitor and resolve end-user issues and problems related to business processes.
  • Provide Data Extraction to key company stakeholders from our CRM & Marketo databases

  • You are passionate about new technologies and you quickly take ownership of their content
  • You have a college or university degree in computer science, IT or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Good knowledge of Business processes and/or Analytics
  • Good understanding of marketing tools such as Marketo would be considered an asset
  • Strong written, analytical, organizational, planning and communication skills
  • You are bilingual (English/French), both written and spoken
  • Up-to-date knowledge in cloud computing (Microsoft Office suite, web, Windows, Mac, network) and interest in the Cloud hosting market.
