THE OPPORTUNITY

As a member of the IT Solution Delivery Department, you will be part of the team responsible for turning business requirements into solutions. As the Senior Business Systems Analyst, Corporate Technology, you will be accountable for understanding business requirements, translating them into technical solution requirements, and ensuring solutions are built in accordance with those requirements. You will apply your passion for technology to unlock business value while increasing your IT knowledge through a variety of transformational technology initiatives. You will work cross functionally on broad and deeply impactful initiatives across the organization, supporting a range of departments from Store Development and Enterprise Risk Management, to Finance and People and Culture. THE ROLE

As the Senior Business Systems Analyst, Corporate Technology you will support the team to:

• Identify and deliver innovative technology solutions that meet business needs for today and tomorrow.
• Translate business requirements into a scalable, user-centric technology design
• Work relevant cross functional partners to ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure
• Implement structured testing to ensure functionality and to identify and address deficiencies
• Launch and maintain technology solutions
• Ensure seamless delivery and management of technology solutions for business partners
