Conditions:
Positon: Motel Manager (NOC 0632)
Wage: $27.25 $29.50 per hour (wage to be determined depend on experience and skills)
Working hours: 30-40 hours per week, 5 days per week (shifted schedule)
Able to work on weekends and holidays according to the work schedule
Vacation: 15 days paid vacations a year

Requirements:
Education : University degree or college diploma in Hotel management or in any of hospitality related discipline is required
Experience : 2 years or more experience in Hospitality & Tourism related Industry
Language: English

Job Duties:
Develop, implement and evaluate policies and procedures for the operation of the motel
Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
Participate in the development of pricing and promotional strategies
Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities for receptions, banquets, restaurants
Recruit and supervise staff, oversee training and set work schedules
Resolve customer complaints
