ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

You will have endless opportunities to learn and grow with our client as they expand their market and continue to build educational software for the industry. The nature of working will involve heavily in communication and cooperation amongst their team of 5, including the CEO and other team leads who have been long-standing with the business. Their team is not only close-knitted but they will also guide you through an exceptional professional experience, not to mention the many benefits and perks they offer!

ABOUT THE POSITION

In this position, you will be responsible, but not limited, to take on the following tasks:

  • Generate reports using ERP system and organizing presentations for CEO and staff members as well as handling supply orders
  • Schedule meetings for the CEO and staff members and relaying effective communication with team on information
  • Arrange logistics and travel procedures for staffs, including but not limited to flights, cars and hotel reservations
  • Demonstrate strong communication through routine phone-calling, emailing and mailing with internal staffs and clients.

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Post secondary degree, preferably with a bachelor’s in technology
  • Technology or Business Administration experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the industry
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with previous experience in documentation and spreadsheet reporting using Microsoft Office
  • Typing proficiency of 60 words per minute

COMPENSATION

  • $45,000 to $50,000 per annum + bonus
  • 2 weeks of vacation + 1 week Christmas time-off
