We are currently recruiting a Fulltime Permanent Client Service representative in beautiful North Bay Ontario. Client Service Representatives (CSR) at ProResp play an integral role in ensuring the success of community respiratory care. You will directly impact our ability to provide care to our clients – playing a lead role in the coordination and scheduling of our services in the community in a variety of direct interaction with our team, patients, and caregivers. The CSR’s are responsible for inventory support management, general office administration, billing, and account reconciliation. ProResp is at the forefront of technology in the ongoing real-time management of patient files and referral processes utilizing both mobile and desktop CRM application.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Intake of new patients and maintenance of electronic patient records (new record creation, scanning and data-entry)
  • Provide high quality customer service both in-person and on the phone in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
  • Liaise with patients, and staff in the community regarding services, appointments and scheduling, products, information and first point of contact for incoming service requests
  • Process referrals, orders and triage incoming calls and information as appropriate
  • Resolve customer concerns according to established procedures
  • Process client purchases and complete necessary invoicing, control accounts receivable
  • Maintain inventory of in-stock respiratory products and equipment, office supplies, perform daily receiving and participate in regular inventory counts

To Be Qualified:

  • Minimum 3 years experience with front line administrative support focused on an integrated customer service approach.
  • Excellent multi-tasking capabilities: proven ability to handle a busy, fast paced office environment.
  • Strong skills in general office procedures such as electronic and paper patient records/file management, accounts receivable, invoicing, and inventory management
  • General computer literacy aptitude and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated self-management and self-motivation skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Successful completion of minimum high school diploma or equivalent

Considered Assets:

  • Medical office assistant education or experience
  • Good understanding of medical terminology/respiratory products
  • Experience with Assistive Devices Program

Essential Duties:

  • Defined generally as physically sedentary, further detailed information available
  • English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing); situational sensitivity with patients, families, and referral sources
  • Memory, attention to detail/concentration, ability to accommodate change, responsible decision making

Hours of work: 37.5hrs per week. Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
