Job Description
Logistic Responsible Summary
FLIR Unmanned Aerial Systems, a subsidiary of Teledyne Flir, located in the greater Montreal area, is looking for dynamic and motivated candidates to fill an important position in its manufacturing team. This ISO 9001 FLIR facility designs, builds, and services advanced surveillance radar systems that are sold worldwide. Our radar systems are amongst the best performers and most reliable in the industry.
Detailed Description
As the Administrative and logistics coordinator you will be responsible for:
- International shipping documents (CER, COO, bill of lading, commercial invoices, pack lists, etc)
- All International shipping Requests for Demos
- Coordination with customer support for all RMA requests and enter in SAP and communicate information to customer
- Following up on repair status with production for all RMAs and communicate status to customer
- Preparation of the repair estimates (quote) and forward to customer
- Follow-ups with customers until a purchase order for the repair is received
- Entry of purchase orders in SAP and preparation of shipping documents for repaired units
- Coordinate with customer support requirements for ATA carnets for demo shipments
- All other administrative tasks as required
Experience Required:
- College diploma in Administration/Supply Chain/or related discipline
- 1 to 5 years of experience in international shipping/receiving
- Experience with SAP is requested but can be trained
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Experience in a small business environment is an asset
- Bilingual- strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English language
- Working knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
