YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The are two purposes of this position:

  • Ensure the coordination and execution of MDM and Data Migration happens seamlessly during the SAP S/4 implementation. This position implements processes and governance to ensure data integrity and data standards. This position will support multiple data objects across business areas.
  • Once the migration will be completed, this position makes sure the new governance is respected in the day to day business activities and in all other projects.

Others tasks may include:

  • Assimilate the master data elements already established by the project team in place
  • Coordinate data activities with other finance team members
  • Implement master data management standards
  • Develop and/or refine data definitions
  • Ensure data integrity across systems
  • Ensure the integration of finance requirements with other teams (sales, procurement, logistics, etc..)
  • Assist on MDM specific activities such as defining cleansing rules, relevancy, mapping, data migration strategy, etc..
  • Assist with business process mapping, data modeling and data visualization for MDM initiatives
  • Strong involvement in the validation with key internal stakeholders to guarantee high quality data deliverables
  • Work with stakeholders and business process leads to resolve master data issues
  • Lead/co-lead design and development workshops for financial processes related to the creation and maintenance of master data
  • Develop training material and give training to super-users in connection with master data
  • Propose reporting solutions by leveraging master data elements

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of related work experience
  • Experience with SAP Master Data Management, FICO is ideal
  • Technical expertise in database design and data modeling
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills are required
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are required, French is an asset
  • Strong analytical and systems thinking skills
  • Ability to learn and make decisions quickly
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Ability to work in teams, influence others and manage conflict
  • Ability to work based upon specific timelines and dependencies
