We have a need for Restaurant Workers with Nutrition and Food Services, Nova Scotia Health Authority. Responsibilities

The Restaurant Worker delivers friendly customer service and works in a team environment to provide the best experience possible to our guest. The Restaurant Worker is responsible for the proper utilization of all products, including stocking, cleaning, and merchandising while following cost control procedures as required for the profitable operation of restaurant services. The Restaurant Worker is also responsible for correct processing of payment. It is expected that all duties are performed in a professional manner and in a collaborative team effort to achieve proper customer service levels and the economical goals and objectives of restaurant services.

Qualifications

Applicants must demonstrate in their application/resume that they meet the following criteria:

*Grade XII
*Ability to deal with customers and patients in a courteous, helpful manner
*Strong Communication skills
*Previous food/restaurant experience preferred
*Cash handling experience preferred
*Strong organizational skills
*Proven interpersonal skills
*Ability to work with minimum supervision
*Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

Salary Information

$17.4676 – $18.8942 hourly
