The Opportunity:
The Customer Experience Coordinator is responsible for providing customer service and support to Homeowners, Minto Inspectors, Trades and the Manager at the development site.
What you’ll be responsible for day to day:
- Acts as the primary point of contact and responds to all inquiries from point of sale until closing;
- Provide Superior Homeowner Satisfaction and build Customer Loyalty;
- Prepare cheque Requisitions
- Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Generate reports and carry out Customer Service related activities in the day to day operations of the Customer Experience Department;
- Prepare closing date schedule change notices;
- Well-organized, ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work in a fast paced environment.
- Respond to homeowner enquiries within 1 business day;
- Assists in the coordination and implementation of Homeowner Information Sessions by managing volunteers, invitations to Homeowners, presentation materials etc. for information sessions;
- Analyzes AVID Ratings customer satisfaction surveys and statistical results to identify trends and improvement initiatives;
- Provide monthly customer contact information to AVID for survey issuance;
- Assists in monitoring survey program and adjusts to elicit the highest response rates possible;
- Liaison with all site offices, including Sales, Construction and any outside agencies;
- Provides support in operation metrics reporting on related goals and objectives to each department, Senior Management Team etc.;
- Assists with creating content for internal and external communications such as welcome letters, newsletters, web content, brochures, construction updates, etc.;
- Accompany Inspectors and Construction Staff on Pre-delivery Orientation and Frame walks;
- Attend Bi-weekly AVID Production meetings on site;
- Coordinates periodic promotional events such as “Essentials”, “Breakfast with the Builder”, “Flower Day” and year end “Thank you” gift card giveaways for Homeowners and liaise with service providers to determine logistics;
- Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.
Who we’re looking for:
Education: A High School Diploma is required and a College Diploma is an asset (i.e. administration or construction).
Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in the construction field.
Specialized Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset
- Knowledge of Tarion and OBC is an asset
