Manages functions and deliverables in a finance related discipline in support of the Company’s profitability goals as well as future business growth objectives.
Provide leadership in the creation and communication of the expense portions of the annual budgeting process as well as its subsequent measurement.
Performs identification of areas for potential productivity improvement and expense containment.
Provide corporate support to the Acosta’s marketing segment as part of the annual budgeting and monthly close and review processes.
Investigating, challenging and standardizing expense allocation methodologies and expense structures
Assist business development analyses in support of acquisitions and strategic initiatives.
Maintenance of Treasury compliance reporting.
Maintenance of Consolidated IT Business Case governance.
Lead Capital Committee and develop annual consolidated capital budget.
Perform other related duties as required and provide ad hoc analysis as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
Possess 10 years’ experience in management level finance positions of progressive responsibility
Requires general business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, and understanding of accounting and finance concepts, long-term vision and executive presence.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills and with ability to function effectively as a small-team member.
Ability to structure logic and communicate clearly using both oral and written forms, with experience creating and communicating business messages to senior leadership.
Experience authoring/driving/influencing change in organizations.
Ability to utilize judgment in decision making progress and decisions related to job tasks as well as the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Possess a results-oriented management style
