Job description: We are currently hiring for a Sales and Marketing Assistant for a custom home improvement company in the Halton region!

Pay rate:
– $19.23/hour

Shift
– Monday – Friday 7am-4:30pm
– Great work / life balance

Location:
– 403 / Dorval
– Oakville, ON

Duties Include:
– Assisting the marketing director and supporting the sales team with sales and marketing activities
– Receive and process sale orders – Creating sales quotations using in-house software
– Following up on sales leads – Coordinating production deadlines, deliveries and scheduling of installations
– Maintain company website and social media sites
– Updating and maintaining the marketing department’s documentation and databases

Requirements:
– 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or sales assistant role
– A post-secondary diploma with a focus on sales and/or marketing
– Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and working knowledge of Adobe Creative
