Position: Administrative Clerk Location: Kelowna, BC

Reports to: Operations Manager

Primary Mission: This role is responsible to complete daily administrative tasks at branch level and to support the Operations Manager on reporting and investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

This role will be concentrated on but not limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Report detailed portfolio data, deletions and orders
  • Request gas and electrical permits for installations
  • Investigate missing portfolio data by working with remote teams
  • Coordinate sub-contractor availability
  • Provide Administrative support at branch level with daily tasks
  • Assist customers with applying for applicable rebates
  • Attend to all incoming branch calls and correspondence
  • Provide exceptional customer service, internally and externally
  • Represent Reliance proudly as an ambassador
  • Provide additional analytical reporting and other support as requested by Supervisor/Manager

Qualifications:

  • Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • Experience in an administration or coordination role, preferably in a customer service environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills
  • High level of attention to detail and the ability to follow a task through to completion
  • Advanced computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Related experience in the HVAC industry would be considered an asset
