Job title: ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT & RECEPTION
Job description: Duties include but are not limited to:
Reception of clients via both telephone and front counter,
Daily sorting of incoming mail ,
Preparation of bank deposit and receipts,
Creation and update Word & Excel documents (letters, contracts, etc.)
Administration of employees payroll hours for submission to payroll and collection,
Primary dispatcher for customer service calls,
Good knowledge of the Island of Montreal and surrounding areas an asset
Prior dispatch experience is a definite plus.
Training to begin immediately with the person you are replacing
Requirements
- Essential – Fully bilingual – Telephone & Reception
- Essential – Knowledge of construction industry & CCQ
- Asset – High School Diploma
- Important – Excellent personal organization
- Essential – Previous experience in customer service and/or rec
Knowledge and abilities
- Essential – Excel & Word
