As an Administrative Assistant your responsibilities will include:
- Providing proficient administrative support to partners, managers, and clients
- Welcoming clients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
- Proofing and finalizing financial statements and other financial documents
- Preparing proposals, engagement letters and client billings
- Managing electronic files and databases
- Expense reporting
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and/or appointments
- Typing letters and transcription (handwritten) as requested
- Perform other administrative duties such as filing, arranging for couriers, ordering supplies, photocopying, collating, and faxing

Think you’ve got what it takes to be an Administrative Assistant? Like the colour purple? Great. Here’s a few more boxes we’re also hoping you can tick:
- 3-5 years experience, or Post-secondary education – Eg. administrative diploma/certificate + 1 year work experience
- Professional, eager to learn and become a strong contributing member to our administrative team
- Ability to prioritize and skilled at working within tight deadlines on multiple projects
- Takes initiative, with strong problem-solving skills
- Proven success of completing work with a high degree of accuracy and detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with AP, AR, or any accounting software is an additional benefit (Ex. Caseware)
- Periodically overtime may be required
