We hire great people for outstanding jobs. We are looking for a part time Administrative Support Clerk to join our Population & Public Health team in Delta, BC.
Your specific job duties will include:
- Perform related clerical duties such as data entry, filing, compiling, preparing and maintaining statistics including related reports. •You will schedule, book and coordinate patient appointments. •Acts as a communication link for the assigned area by contacting other facilities and department. •Prioritizes, processes, coordinates and transcribes physicians’ orders. •Maintains timekeeping records for regular and casual staff and submits/enters to payroll system as required.
You will take a thorough, hands-on approach to deliver high quality and precise work. A focused approach is needed to complete routine day to day tasks and handle changing calendars, priorities, and timelines. You will carry a high level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
Are you motivated to join the team? We will be looking for you to have the following:
- Completion of Grade 12 •Graduation from an approved Office Administration Certificate program •One (1) years of recent, related experience •Ability to type 45 WPM
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.
