Airswift has been tasked by one of our major energy clients in the Oil & Gas Industry to seek an Air Quality Manager to work in their facilities located in Richmond, California for a long-term contract.
Undertake challenging work involving air quality permitting and compliance for clients specializing in the upstream and midstream oil and gas industry. Working with highly collaborative project teams, this person will assist clients with air-quality permitting, environmental regulatory compliance, and related technical assignments.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Responsibilities include working with clients to identify, scope, and manage air-quality permitting and compliance projects
- Providing technical advice to clients helping build and maintain client relationships.
- Pursuing business development opportunities for permitting and compliance services. lead air permitting and compliance strategy development.
- Review of operational functions and activities to verify that appropriate actions are developed and undertaken to achieve and maintain compliance.
- Interface frequently with upstream and midstream oil and gas industry representatives and technical and information resource experts.
Previous education & experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, or environmental engineering, or related science degree
- 10-15 years of upstream and/or midstream oil and gas industry professional experience working with federal air regulations
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. (potentially remote)
