Note: This role is a 1 year term.
What You Do:
Lead or support the development and management of fulsome asset or threat strategies that optimize lifecycle investment (capital + operating).
Represent Pipeline Integrity during Long Range Plan (LRP) and in-year Liquid Pipeline Capital Review Committee (CRC) processes.
Responsible for reporting portfolio costs and variances explanations to different levels of the organization
Who You Are:
Completion of a degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.
Currently registered as a professional engineer (P.Eng.) in one or more Canadian provinces, preferably Alberta.
A minimum of seven years of dynamically responsible experience in engineering; roles in engineering. design, integrity, operations and project management are all considered assets.
Technical understanding of threat mitigation programs, projects and inspection methods.
Ability to lead and influence without formal authority.
Conceptual understanding of Enbridge’s Asset Management framework, Asset Performance; Risk Management; and Reliability Engineering tools and strategies. (3 of 4 required).
Preferred Copperleaf training and exposure.
Strong project management skills.
Working Conditions:
Office based position.
This position may require occasional travel, up to 25%.
