HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Demonstrating Leadership – Share our company’s strategic vision with employees to obtain their input and commitment. You’ll use your communication skills to motivate team members to work toward common plans and objectives and work to execute these plans. As a strategic decision-maker and leader, you’ll serve as a model for end-to-end supply chain thinking and execution for peers and high-level executives.
  • Engaging in Business Planning – Participate in the business planning and budgeting process by developing short- and long-term cost containment and reduction strategies as you plan annual or project-specific budgets. We’ll rely on you to maintain an in-depth understanding of the organization’s strengths, weaknesses, and resources so you can identify potential problems and opportunities, create and implement a business plan, and leverage transportation industry expertise.
  • Planning and Execution – Leads and manages the annual budgeting process for both Transportation and Distribution. You will provide monthly transportation forecasts and work with internal business partners to improve financial results. You will also set accountabilities and expectations for our 3rd party transportation operations teams and work with Supply Chain finance to set yearly budgets.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Post-secondary education or work experience equivalent (Business Administration or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 8 -10 years business experience including 5 years logistics management and/or manufacturing experience in packaged goods industry
  • Thorough knowledge of Co-packing and Co-manufacturing operations as well as sound understanding of IT systems
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, communication, presentation, coaching, leadership and people management skills
  • Project Management and Financial skills are essential to effectively organize strategies, processes and people
