The Location

Our dealership locations span across the beautiful Okanagan Valley in Kelowna, Vernon, and Penticton. Each location operates separately, yet our operations team provides group resources and support, collectively. The Position

• The Finance Manager is essential to building financial opportunities within the sales process. This role enhances the client’s new vehicle experience by assisting them in the purchase, finance, or upgrading of elements that complement the core sale. The Financial Services Manager is a key member of the sales team, promoting strong financial outcomes for the dealership and improving the customer experience.
• Report to the general manager and work alongside one other finance manager
• This position is full time, Monday – Saturday with a weekday and Sunday off. Looking to fill this position for June 1st.

The Requirements

• 3+ years relevant experience in a commission, sales and/or finance environment
• Automotive dealership experience is a strong asset
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Passion for the automotive industry
• High degree of honesty and integrity
• Appreciation for professionalism, processes, and structure
• Ability to prioritize in a fast pace work environment
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Valid and clean driver’s abstract
