Job Description

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Provide technical support for regional offices and Sodexo units throughout Canada
Deploy, configure, maintain various systems and applications including POS
Provide general unit support for escalated issues,
Configure, deploy and, maintain unit network devices & WAN connectivity
Support new system implementations and unit openings
Manage and support IT projects

Qualifications

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Bachelors’ Degree in Business or Technology or equivalent education and experience
1-2 years of experience within IT support
Strong troubleshooting technical and analytical skills
Ability to provide advanced support to end users for PC, software and hardware
Strong knowledge Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Word & Visio)
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must have a solid understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements
Ability to act as a resource/consultant to facilitate collaboration between customers.
Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) is an asset
Certifications CCNA, PCI, and Network+ is an asset
Languages: Fluent written and oral English. French is an asset
