The Opportunity:

Simply Group has entered a brand-new partnership with a national retailer (apply to find out who our partner is). We will be growing this program from a national perspective and we are looking for an entrepreneurial and self-driven individual to assist in the successful development of the program from the ground level up. This involves working directly with our Co-Founder and EVP of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development Joseph Krimker .

You will be required to master the sales process over your first 90 days (we have invested heavily in a virtual sales training program-Masterclass). Post 90 days, once you have mastered the full sales process, we are looking to move agents to a leadership role, where you will help scale the program, train additional sales individuals, and launch more store locations.

Responsibilities:

First 90 Days:

  • Schedule leads with prospective clients at one of our partnered retail locations and capitalize on valuable business opportunities to bring in new company revenue and improve bottom line profit
  • Make scheduled in-home visits to pre-qualified, interested leads.
  • Apply consultative sales strategy to assess client needs and propose turnkey solutions to align with business objectives.
  • Maintain client satisfaction ratings by offering proactive resolution ideas while driving actionable responses to questions, concerns or challenges.
  • Maintain productive relationships with customers through exceptional follow-up after sales while generating a referral base.
  • Participate in ongoing training for product knowledge and skill development, including mandatory daily sales meetings.

Post 90 Days:

  • Train with business development personnel to optimize agent performance and strengthen industry knowledge.
  • Hire talented, trainable team members and drive new business strategies to grow revenues.
  • Drive organizational growth through deployment of highly effective turnaround and change management strategies.
  • Strategize approaches to meet objectives and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Contribute to a dynamic sales team environment, constantly improving programs, practices and procedures.

What We Offer You:

  • Competitive Commission Structure and Pay for Performance Bonus Program. Avg Earnings: $150,000-$250,000 annually (historically we’ve witnessed a 30% closing ratio)

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • 2-5 years experience in Sales and Business Development (preferred)
  • Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals and expectations.
  • Ability to work and act independently using good judgement when assessing difficult situations.
  • An intense hunger for results supported by a demonstrated track record of revenue attainment.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building abilities.
  • A high sense of self-awareness with the ability to adapt and connect with new prospects in their environment.
  • Highly disciplined, with excellent time management & organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge on how to use smartphones and tablets.
  • Interested in a long-term opportunity for growth and beginning a new career path within an exciting new role.
  • Driver’s License, and access to personal vehicle or reliable transportation.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and professional mannerisms.
