The main duties of the Commercial Finance Business Partner are:

· Prepare and present monthly financial results to sales teams (net sales, gross margin, financial updates on contract agreements, promotional spend review, etc.);

· Participate in the continuous improvement of the commercial review;

· Support the Sales VP in their strategies and decision-making process with profitability analysis and risk assessments;

· ROI analysis on commercial spending and temporary rebates for her/his accounts, and submit recommendations and support future initiatives;

· Actively involved in the Trade Spent Management project;

· Participate in the implementation of a new in-house tool;

· Participate in the annual budget process in the revenues and standard gross margin segments, and collaborate on the annual price increase process;

· Assist her/his manager on Ad Hoc projects and tasks.

Exigences:

· Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or other relevant fields

· CPA designation (an asset)

· 3-5 years experience in similar functions

· Have an in-depth understanding of both Sales and Finance functions.

· Bilingual (English and French both written and spoken)

· Good knowledge of IT systems, advanced Excel knowledge required
