Join our Payroll Talent and Culture (HR) Team as Compensation and Benefits Advisor on a Fixed Term Contract where you will play a crucial role in managing our company benefits scheme, pension, drive projects and support the Payroll Manager.

Here is a snapshot at some of the responsibilities you will hold:

  • Maintain and implement all benefits required under the Company policy.
  • Ensure that AccorHotels UK comply with all pension auto-enrolment regulations.
  • Manage Life Insurance policy (keeping membership list up-to-date, assisting with any queries from the eligible employees, keeping database up to date, manage any claim etc.).
  • Manage Private Medical Insurance (keeping membership list up-to-date, provide information to employees on joining and at yearly renewal, communicate any other changes).
  • Manage Group Income Protection scheme (keeping membership list up-to-date, provide information to employees, manage new and existing claims etc.).
  • With the support of the appointed broker, manage the renewal of the existing schemes. Consider alternatives with other suppliers to provide cost savings and quality and service improvements
  • Record and maintain monthly record of Payroll benefiting (Cars, Private medical insurance, Cycle to work once the ownership has been transferred)
  • Manage Cycle to Work scheme
  • Manage Childcare voucher scheme
  • Manage Eyecare voucher plan
  • Liaise with AccorHotels Tax Manager to ensure that the company complies with all tax regulations in respect of benefits
  • Organise regular tenders to select brokers, suppliers and tax advisers, where applicable.
  • Develop and maintain a strong market knowledge of all applicable benefits and keep up-to-date on new innovation within the industry.
  • Manage employee database and pension files upload on a monthly basis through BenPal (AE Tool)
  • Submit pension contributions to the various schemes on a monthly basis (Nest,Aviva, Peoples’ pension) and validate any errors
  • Assist the Payroll Department in processing and administering payroll related tasks as directed by the Payroll & Benefits Manager
  • Support the continuous expansion of the company and its requirements in terms of benefits resulting from the acquisition, opening or disposals of hotels (i.e. proposing Benefits package to the new clients, registering new pension scheme etc.)
