Job title: Construction Laborer/Fence Installer

Job description: Measure and lay out fence lines and mark posthole positions, following instructions, drawings, or specifications.
Dig postholes, using spades, posthole diggers, or power-driven augers.
Mix and pour concrete around bases of posts, or tamp soil into postholes to embed posts.

Assemble gates, and fasten gates into position, using hand tools.
Current fencing experience a benefit
Effectively communicate with co-workers and customers
Wear proper PPE at all times
Follow and support company policies and procedures
Take direction and flow through
Verify and provide quality control
Construction background essential
Work under pressure
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Conduct mechanical preventative maintenance
Ability to read and understand a measuring tape
Class 5 drivers license
Load / unload materials and equipment
Work with hand and power tools – provided
Able to work overtime hours

Position Compensation To be discussed based on experience.
