Job description:

  • Coordination/management of construction projects, and small or service related projects * Administrative assistance to Project Managers, including coordination and project support * Collaborate and keep the lines of communication open with DBF team members, trade partners, and clients * Complete construction schedules adhering to strict timelines * Materials sourcing, including effectively collecting, reviewing and analyzing quotes with emphasis on competitive pricing * Site reviews with upper management and clients to assist in documenting meeting minutes, “action lists” and emphasize on attention to detail to ensure the timeline of the project runs seamlessly. * Embrace the learning experience and be open to internal promotion opportunities!
