MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled and all other qualified applicants The ideal candidate will possess the following: * 10-15 years of project management experience in the local ICI market, working for an established general contractor * Project experience in the institutional and commercial sectors, including renovations, additions, and new builds, between $20M and $60M in scope is preferred * Educational background in engineering, construction management or related discipline * Excellent technical computer and organizational skills * Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mentality Our client is an established mid-size GC, dedicated to renovation, addition and new build projects across the GTA and South Western ON. They serve clients across the institutional and commercial sectors primarily, and oversee high profile and challenging builds.
