Job description: We are hiring a Construction Project Manager for our client in Surrey!

You are a successful project manager who completed at least two development projects as a lead project manager. You would like to join a team who will build an amazing real estate company and landmark projects. You prefer working independently and making critical decisions about the project you are managing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the pre-construction, including budgeting and tendering;

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables;

• Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders;

• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools;

• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors; and

• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

Requirements

• University degree/college diploma in Construction Project Management / Engineering or a related field;

• Minimum 5 years experience managing projects;

• Expert ability to manage project time-lines and budgets;

• Demonstrable ability to lead commercial construction projects in various phases concurrently;

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
