Job Description

We’re looking for: A Coordinator, Ticket Administration & Reporting (12 Month Contract)

With a zeal for success and attention to detail, you will support the Ticket Sales, Live, Finance, Legal, and Global Partnerships teams as our new Coordinator, Ticket Administration, and Reporting. You will handle maintenance of our ticketing accounts, support ticketing requests, and supervise ticketing operations for sports and live entertainment events.

Be part of the action and the experience. You will:

Manage ticketing accounts. You will take charge of the administrative responsibilities of our Season Ticket Membership (STM) accounts, maintaining their best possible states as per client and leadership requests. You will also operate our Ticketmaster online account manager, keeping up its functionality across our several brands.

Supervise ticket operations. You will lead the ticketing activities for the sports and live entertainment event days across all the venues we own or operate. You will also balance our ticketing system daily, aiding with client data cleanse processes within it.

Accomplish event builds. You will complete all event builds in Archtics, ensuring that elements such as pricing, barcoding, and mobile ticket management are up to speed for the events across announced venues.

Carry out ticket management activities. You will handle the day-to-day ticket management operations such as inventory management, post-event settlement, and team order fulfillment.

Support the resolution of ticketing issues. You will work with various departments to address fan ticketing requests, adjusting for emerging matters such as ticket replacements, refunds, scanning problems, and more.

Report on ticketing and sales. You will deliver periodic updates to internal management and external contacts regarding ticket sales, inventory, and renewals. Additionally, you will assist in all manner of reporting for league requirements as necessary.

Qualifications

Your player stats. You have:

The experience. You have previous experience in ticket operations and reporting on large amounts of information.

The software proficiency. You have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and an above basic understanding of Excel in particular. You also possess an understanding of ticketing and database systems and can translate those skills into our preferred platforms.

The interpersonal skills. You are a diligent collaborator, capable of working together with teams across various departments to meet set goals. Your strong communication skills serve you well in relaying instructions and delivering reports to relevant stakeholders.

The personality. You are a fast learner, able to grasp new concepts and adapt them to your work. You are open to direction and constructive feedback from your colleagues, all the better to improve the quality of your work. You have exceptional time management skills and can meet set deadlines while maintaining the attention to detail that yields quality results.
