Salary: $50,000 to $55,000 per year
Our client, located in the heart of Montreal, is looking for an extremely polished Corporate Receptionist/Administration who loves coordinating, dealing with people, and who takes a lot of pride in their work. This person will be at the center of the team and has to know all the players, so we are looking for someone who likes building relationships.
Job description:
– Answer phones, greet visitors
– Perform some ad hoc admin/operations work as well
– Do translations from French to English and from English to French

Requirements:
– At least 2 years’ experience in reception/administration
– Very strong bilingualism

– Strong administrative skills
