ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success, this is an integral role on the Success team focused on educating customers, onboarding, and related processes on behalf of the Success team. You will update customers on new feature announcements.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Customer Success Manager, a very important aspect of your role is the upkeep, administration, improvement of the LMS (Learning Management System). Some customers can log in and take courses so LMS training is important and ensuring course material is up to date and represents new product features. It is important not only to adapt and perfect course content, but run analytics to ensure customers are logging in and getting the value from it.

  • Create and manage LMS courses for customer onboarding and manage LMS enrollment and administration
  • Create educational written content about the product for customers to share via LMS/email/blog/social media
  • Create educational videos about the product for customers to share via LMS/Sales team/social media
  • Design product education webinars and work with Success team to deliver them
  • Assist with operational and administrative tasks for the Success team in Salesforce
  • Assist with process development for onboarding and training for the Success team- Liaise with the Technical Documentation Manager on product content updates

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ year of customer education in a SaaS environment
  • 1+ year of video creation and basic editing in Camtasia or similar
  • Adult education, learning design or training certificate is an asset
  • Business, marketing or administration degree OR 2+ years experience in a customer education role
  • 1+ years of working with a LMS and/or Salesforce administration

COMPENSATION

Competitive base pay and bonus dependent on experience. Extended benefits and RRSP’s.
