Job Description

Summary:

The Customer Finance FP&A Analyst is a business partner whose integrity, expertise and counsel is vital in supporting the Customer Business Team (CBT). As a proactive member of the CBT, the key areas of responsibility include preparation, analysis and reporting of customer plans, month-end results, trade scrubs, and various internal and external business proposals and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial and business analysis on CBT activities and initiatives, including GTM (Go to Market) initiatives and incremental sales programs.
  • Play an integral role in the preparation of internal/external analysis used for customer presentations.
  • Support the CBT in risk and opportunity assessment
  • Indirectly support daily revenue reporting and ensure data integrity available for daily reporting
  • Ad hoc financial analysis and reporting, including occasionally forecasting/analyzing customer profitability
  • Work in revenue reporting systems and trade management system to pull information for reporting and analysis
  • Work with CCMs and CBMs to prepare and present all aspects of the monthly trade scrub
  • Support the CBT to manage to their budgeted spending levels and ensure overspends are avoided.
  • Provide advice and counsel to CBT on trade spending policies and procedures. Proactively ensure on-going trade policy compliance through the execution of quarterly trade scrubs and monthly trade spending reporting.
  • Ensure efficient systems and processes exist to facilitate financial planning, analysis and reporting to CBT & Kraft.
  • Support CBT in validation of trade rates and funding in trade management system Support validation of customer incentive program payments (Co2Co, VIP, CORE, PVA’s etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Completion/progression towards an accounting designation or a graduate business degree (CMA/CGA/CA/MBA) preferred.
  • Possess updated knowledge with Accounting principles
  • Strong analytical skills specifically in finance
  • Excellent Computer Skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Work and Workday
  • Strong and inclusive communication skills at all levels of the organization
  • Experience providing portfolio strategies advice and council to stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Presentation and facilitation skills
