We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service and Logistics coordinator position within the Burlington area. This position will involve reviewing invoicing details within SAP, sending invoices to clients, and making follow up calls and email to ensure product was received. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, and enjoy interacting with clients.
You will be working for a well-known, established company within the healthcare/ manufacturing industry and work within the Service team. Training will be provided, and the ideal candidate will be experienced with customer service, logistics and have 2+ years data entry experience within an office environment. A normal day will include managing customer purchase orders, order entry, shipping information and entering invoice information into SAP.

ADVANTAGES

– $18-$22 an hour
– Monday-Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Reviewing invoicing information and entering data into SAP
– Track and manage shipments, communication with customer including follow up to ensure product has arrived and is fully functional
– Set up and maintain customers in CRM database
– Prepare and maintain customs documentation as required for incoming and outgoing shipments
– Record on packing slip if payment is on credit card and record all credit card details and forward to accounting
– Assisting clients with any questions, issues, and concerns
QUALIFICATIONS
– 2+ year of experience within customer service and data entry
– Logistics experience is an asset
– Must be driven and possess a “go-getter” attitude
– Must have strong communication skills – written and verbal
– Experience with SAP and or QuickBooks is an asset
